“The heating unit in our room was not functioning. There seemed to be only one very tired staffer in the facility, and she made some ineffectual attempts to deal with the problem. She first said we couldn't get a different room (without explaining why), but later backed off.”

“Great customer service!”

“Woke up with my eye feeling weird noticed through out the day it was getting worse and worse. Have pink eye now pretty sure it was the blankets were not clean or something because had weird smell as well.”

“Easy, friendly check-in and checkout. Actually were able to check in early to get to the Brewer World Series game early.”

“The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Someone was always cleaning, emptying the trash, wiping things down, vacuuming, etc. They definitely went above and beyond!”

“Older establishment, clean rooms, pleasant staff.”

“They charged a pet fee even though the booking said pets stay free. The first room they gave us was not clean and had to switch rooms. The carts all had flat tires so move stuff to the room was a workout most people wouldn’t been able to push it.”

“Price was good, room was clean and staff was very helpful.”

“Amazing”
