“This was a wonderful stay! I highly recommend. They are dog friendly (for a fee) and it was the best property we've ever stayed at with pets. For those who travel with pets, you know what I mean! It felt luxurious, very comfortable bed. We loved that the dog friendly rooms have the exterior access door too, that was a big help. “This was a stop over on a business trip from Colorado to Minnesota. This one day was the highlight of my week. A great way to relax and enjoy. Staff was wonderful and accomodations were plenty. WE ate at the restaurant, great food, great view and staff was attentive, friendly and went above and beyond. Thank you to the Spearfish Lodge! We will be back! ”

“Used bar of soap left in the shower.....was the tub/shower cleaned? It can happen though, easy to miss that. Room door keypads must be needing new batteries. I had the cards re-keyed twice and they still weren't working well. Staff was awesome though!!”
