"I booked and paid for a king room. I got a 2 queen room. My parking was comped, and we were given complimentary breakfast to offset this. Beds were VERY firm, and pillows were less than ideal. But overall great stay and within walking distance to Steelhouse. Random beer bottle lid on windowsill from previous people - wasn't sure how cleaning staff missed that. Did they miss other cleaning things?"

"There was poop all over the shower curtain and the thermostat didn’t work. We was miserable and when we told staff they told us there was no other room available "

"Staff was always pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Nice variety at breakfast. Extremely conveniently located for families of Creighton students. There were minor cleanliness things in our room that I noticed and we had a room that faced Cuming St and traffic was very loud all hours of the night. Still worth it with the location, just glad I have a noise machine app on my phone! Was a little annoyed with having to pay for parking, as well, and had some difficulty with the online parking management company, but the front desk was helpful with the issue. Overall, decent stay and I would book again. "

"Property is very nice and very ckean. We only had 1 out of 3 very nice and couteous staff member, the gent who checked us out. No on site parking, all 22 spots taken. Bar drinks were bad, food was terrible and don't plan on getting into thy speakeasy beccause its always full with the staff members friends. Staff was terrible, very rude to me and watched it with other guests as well. "
