"I'm not sure why this place has such mixed reviews? This hotel was fantastic!!! The room was clean and appropriately decorated. The rooftop has great views and even the second level deck was nice to hang out on. On the roof, there are lounge chairs, and these cool tall round basket things with cushions in them, that you could just lay back and relax in. The beach is literally across the street. This is a beachfront hotel! They have vending and ice machines and a washer and dryer, and I think a grill also. There are different areas to sit at little tables outside. They have beach towels, beach chairs, sand and water toys, and even Styrofoam coolers for your use. Parking can be a little tight, so only small/medium sized cars. You have to pay a daily Parking fee of $10. The hotel is in a very walkable area and there are a lot of transportation options, so you may not even need a car. This was by far the most affordable beachfront hotel, in the area. The office is only staffed during the day, but they communicated very well and asked if I would be arriving during office hours or if I needed after hours instructions. "
