Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Park für Spaziergang in der Nähe. Gutes Frühstück. Dennoch keine erneute Buchung dort, denn die Matratzen waren für uns viel zu weich.

Goed hotel

Het was heerlijk relaxed goede service enigste minpunt was de badkamer na schoonmaak rook het niet lekker maar dat ligt aan het spul waarmee er word schoongemaakt maar blijft helaas continu hangen en de vloer was niet echt schoon ik had wat laten vallen volgende dag zag ik nog steeds het liggen

We werden heel vriemdelijk geholpen bij het inchecken. Duidelijke uitleg over de keycard en hotelinformatie. De kamer was schoon en modern. Leuk zitje buiten. Aantader.

alles erg netjes, goed voor elkaar, en modern. mooie badkamer en toilet. (miste alleen een flesje shampoo oid) en ik ben toch echt geen 1 persoonsbed meer gewend. Maar das mijn orobleem. Verder dikke prima !!!

J'ai choisis cette établissement avec minutie selon les critères des commentaires que j'avais pu lire. Encore bien plus classe que sur le site, hotel très calme avec ses logias & balcons par chambres. Le restaurant est un endroit prisé par les locaux de cette région de Zoetermeer. La réputation de ce lieu n'est plus à faire, tout est parfait.

Endroit calme avec parking juste devant l'hôtel. Lit confortable. Salle de bains au top avec sa douche à l'italienne. Le petit déjeuner est excellent (petits pains spéciaux, jus de fruit frais pressé, viennoiserie, oeuf, charcuterie, ...)

er zijn een aantal dingen die te wensen overlaten het douche water loopt de badkamer in de douche spuit allekanten op naast het buro tocht je weg . prijs kwaliteit ontbijt is bedenkelijk.

Luxus ist anders

Beim Einchecken wurde uns ein Standardzimmer zugewiesen, obwohl wir eine Luxury Suit gebucht haben🙈 Auf Nachfrage und einigen Diskussionen bekamen wir die ,, Luxury Suit‘‘ Das Bad habe ich erst mal nachgeputzt. ( Haare im Whirlpool, Duschgelreste an der Duschglastür) Die Terassenfenster waren dreckig, obwohl überdacht. Stehlampe war defekt, Deckenlampe kaputt, Steckdose Thermostat im Bad defekt. Fazit: Luxury Suit ist was anderes und für das Geld nicht noch mal. Positiv war das Frühstücksbüffet mit sehr netter Servicekraft!
