"The staff were incredible. From security, to front desk, to housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to be helpful with anything we needed. We stayed a week for my son’s wedding and it was very conveniently located to the mall and many local restaurants. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Also felt very safe, as you have to have scan your key and can only get off on your floor. "

"We had a fabulous stay at Casa Oasis. The building is beautiful and our room, including the bed, was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The owners, George and Sarah, live on site and are very personable and helpful. The manager Aaron was very communicative and arranged an excellent tour to Chichén Itzá that included swimming in a cenote and also arranged in house massages. "A peaceful, relaxing oasis with a beautiful pool/ courtyard area and comfortable rooms decorated in a traditional style. The homemade breakfasts were incredible and more than substantial. Easy walk to town center, shopping and restaurants (but without the noise of the city). George, Sarah and Aaron were always available and very helpful. Highly recommend doing a food tour at the local market (near Plaza Grande) for better food at a fraction of the price of the touristy restaurants. Also enjoyed...
