Pros: clean, shower with hot water (although limited), AC, comfy bed and quiet neighborhood, double sink/mirrors, parking right in front of hotel, staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions, nearby Mercado Santiago, reliable WiFi Cons: Johannes bar &restaurant, food and drinks were just okay. I would definitely stay here again, just eat and drink out.”

“We had a great stay at Viva Mérida. Property is very clean, Rooms are spacious. We stayed for a week, the staff was fantastic accommodating our requests throughout our time here. The breakfast that is included is generous . Is close to all center main spots and walkable to their food district. Definitely a little gem to stay if you are in town.”
