"Clean property, helpful staff good Location"

"This place was OK- not the super favorable place we were expected based on reviews. Our reservations were for 4 adults and our room had only 3 “bath” towels. When I found someone to obtain a fourth towel that was larger, I realized we had no bath-sheet towels for adults, although website indicates that the pool and hot tub were open for the season- they were not. We were a bit disappointed in this place, but given the competition in the area, it was an ok place to stay."

"I would have given a 5 star review if the hospitality of staff was friendly. Overall the stay was pleasant, convenient location into Capitol reef. Next to nearest gas stations, food, restaurants. It was nice having the option to dine in and also have a pool and hot tub. I like that pool was enclosed for bad weather days. The restaurant staff were really nice, and the two younger front desk clerks were also nice. 3 older staff members at front desk seemed to be inconvenienced to be asked questions or when needing assistance. Enough so that it came off rude and only reason I didn’t hit the 5 star. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay, and the room."
