"I can't begin to explain how incredible our stay at this hotel was. The rooms are quite simple, but that's all you need when you are going to spend the majority of your time exploring nyc. Each day, our rooms were cleaned, and clean towels were provided. The ambiance was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond for us. I wish I had gotten their names to properly thank them. "The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful! There isn't much of a lobby, but the Hole in the Wall restaurant on the other side was nice. Food was great, but so much I couldn't eat it all. Room was quiet and roomy. Nice bathroom with a fan that actually filtered the steam out. For the location, it was a great deal."
