"The room size and layout was good. It is an old building. We had 2 queen beds, tv & kitchenette in the main area and a pull out couch & tv in a separate bedroom. The A/C unit was in the bedroom with the pullout couch. Originally the A/C didn’t work well but maintenance came within 10 min & got things working well. The pull out couch room with the A/C unit was much colder than the room with 2 beds.
Staff was lovely. Very pleasant and eager to help.
Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, cereal, fruit salad, toast, bagels, apples/bananas/oranges, yogurt, oatmeal packages.
The location was perfect. 10 min walk to either old Montreal or to St Catharine street. Underground parking was $36/night and was convenient (elevator came right up to the hotel). We drive a large Yukon SUV and parking underground was easy - lots of room."
