"The apartment was perfect for my purposes. Everything I could have asked for. The only problem was that I didn’t receive any instructions to pick up the keys from hotels. com. Luckily the owner was there when I arrived. They were very helpful. I would highly recommend this for others."

Noise insulation - can hear snoring between floors and can't sleep in with early cleaners;
Ergonomic chair to enable prolonged use for work;
More attentive serving staff - busy talking or doing other things without looking over;
Consistent customer service between staff.
Rooms are nice and clean.

It's right next to a shopping and food outlet area but I ate at the Marston's pub next door which has super friendly and efficient staff and a warm atmosphere.
