"These has been so far the worst stay on that hotel. The check-in was an accurate no many help from the staff to check in, we got into the room, everything was pretty dirty. Nasty disgusting. There were no towels except one hand towel , they took forever to bring more towels, it was so much chaotic situation trying to get a hold of somebody. Nobody can talk on the phone, you only have to text and figure out things by yourself, no phone in the room to call anyone, pretty much a nightmare that failed that I was on a twilight zone Hotel.
