โJohn, the host, was very welcoming and gave us detailed information about Dover and recommended various places to eat. It was a perfect location, close to Dover Castle, the White Cliffs, and the city center. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.โ
โThe room was great. Huge balcony overlooking the English Channel. Even the bathroom had a balcony. Good size modern bathroom with plenty of mirror space and nice shower. Check in desk staff was great. Bar staff friendly. Dinner (steaks and my son had a burger) at restaurant was very good. Taxis are a big problem. Sat for an hour 3 times waiting for a taxi. Almost couldnโt get one to the train station when it was time to leave. No Ubers or bus. No other options I was told by the desk clerk with...
โWe booked the same day for 4 of us. Fantastic hostess, Farrah. My cousin and our Mothers, my cousin is pregnant so Farrah gave me a seperate room next door so we had 2 bathrooms at no extra cost. Great location, very warm and friendly atmosphere. All the places recommended to us in the area were great and we had a fantastic stay!

โWe only stayed for one night as catching a ferry early in the morning, we were leaving before breakfast so they kindly made us food to take with us. Overall the staff the Room and food were all excellent. Would 100% stay again. โ
โThe hotel and gardens are beautiful - immaculate garden perfect for a pre dinner cocktail. Was very impressed with the decor and high standard of furnishings - should be a wedding venue or offer cream teas. We had an amazing dinner - cannot fault the food or drink!! โ
