"Nice hotel. Accommodating staff. Housekeeping very nice. Close to many amenities and sporting events. Restaurants/Bar very good but busy. Pool too cold. Not heated. No jets in jacuzzi. "

"I was really impressed with the quality of furnishings and cleanliness. My room was very comfortable and quiet. I really enjoyed the rain shower head and size of the shower. Starting my morning with an Illy coffee was also great!"

"We booked a room over looking the water and western Vancouver. The view was fantastic. Well worth the extra money. the hotel is at a fantastic location, surrounded by trendy restaurants in walking distance. The room is spacious and clean. and the self parking next to the hotel is expensive but very convenient. However, the staff at the front desk when we checked in was kind of cold and stern. and did not mention the $50 beverage credit that we should have got. That was very disappointing and cheesy. "
