“Musty, urine smelling room. Had to keep shoes on when walking around in the room because of the carpet. The vacuums they provide the cleaners do not get up against walls, so there's white powder along every wall and corner. Bugs in the over head lights and dead knots by the sink. Broke down matresses, and mildew in the tile around the shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of grab and go options. I just didnt think based on over $200 a night, that it was going to...

“We have stayed here several times over the past few years. Everyone was so accommodating until this time. The breakfast was not good, there was no milk for the cereal, we knocked on the door several times, no one was there working. Finally a young man came in, we asked if he worked there, he said yes, but barely spoke English. We had no hair dryer in the room, had to ask for that also. This is our last visit to Brio Beach.”
