Thank you for recognizing the quality of our breakfast, which you enjoyed at our hotel for only 5.00 euros. Fortunately, you did not describe it as poor like our hotel. This description is too general to help us improve something in our facilities. It is a shame, however, for the effort we made to satisfy your requirements after we upgraded the room we had reserved for you and gave you a bigger room. However, if you expect with the approximately 30.00 euros you spent to have facilities offered by 5* hotels, you are probably referring to countries far from Europe.We believe, like the vast majority of our customers, as can be seen from their evaluation, that we are offering to our customers very good accommodation and breakfast that compete with much more expensive hotels

Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ που μας προτιμήσατε για την διαμονή σας στην πόλη μας καθώς και για τα καλά σας λόγια που ανταμείβουν τις προσπάθειες μας να παρέχουμε στους πελάτες τις καλύτερες υπηρεσίες που δύναται να παρέχει ένα οικογενειακό ξενοδοχείο σαν το δικό μας.Επιτρέψτε μας κάποιες επισημάνσεις στις καλόπιστες παρατηρήσεις σας για το δωμάτιο που σας παραχωρήσαμε.Το δωμάτιο όντως δεν είναι μεγάλο όμως για μονόκλινο είναι από τα μεγαλύτερα στην κατηγορία μας.Άλλωστε έχει και ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι της coco mat που πιστεύουμε ότι κάνει πιό άνετη την διανυκτέρευση.Η κλειδαριά μπορεί να είναι παλιά στο συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο αλλά μετά και την επίδειξη που σας έκανε ο υπάλληλος νομίζαμε πως διαπιστώσετε πως η κλειδαριά δεν είναι χαλασμένη (πρόκειτε για αμερικάνικες κλειδαριές που κλειδώνουν αυτόματα μόλις κλείσει η πόρτα).Το μεγαλύτερο μέρος των κλειδαριών μας έχουν αντικατασταθεί με ηλεκτρονικές αλλά πσιτέψτε μας όσο βολικές είναι οι καινούργιες κλειδαριές τόσο μεγαλύτερα προβλήματα μπορούν να δημιουργήσουν στους πελάτες.Η πόρτα του μάνιου κλείνει αλλά δεν κλειδώνει.Δεν περιμέναμε πως αυτό είναι πρόβλημα σε δωμάτιο που μένει μόνο ένα άτομο.Θεωρούμε πως μία πόρτα μπάνιου που εάν μπλοκάρει στο κλείδωμα της θα δημιουργήσει μεγαλύτερο άγχος στον πελάτη από την περίπτωση που δεν είναι κλειδωμένη.Τέλος για την μπανιέρα μπορούμε να πούμε πως είναι μαντεμένια της Roca (τα πιό ακριβά μοντέλα της εταιρείας με τιμή άνω των 550,00 ευρώ) που είναι πιστοποιημένη και έχει κάθισμα που προσφέρει μεγαλύτερη ασφάλεια στον χρήστη.Ελπίζουμε να μετριάσαμε όποια αρνητική εντύπωση είχατε για το δωμάτιο σας και να κρατήσετε ό,τι θετικό σας άφησε η διαμονή σας.

As for the check in you can see that all our customers are happy with the courtesy and the short time it takes.It is true that our bathrooms are not big but for the category of 2 stars hotels they are considered big enough. It is untrue that our bathrooms are old because they have been renovated (with the most expensive materials) very recently. As for the noise you mentioned, it came from the works on progress from the natural gas company on the street, for which we had no update to inform you too.You stayed two nights and not one as you write in your message and you did not express any complaints during your stay. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at our hotel, but it would be more fair if you wrote actual incidents.

We do not know what the gentleman's motives are but we cannot understand how expedia allows people who have never stayed at our hotel to defame us so blatantly.
