"I have never stayed in a hotel worse that this. It has all the appeal of a prison cell, terrible service with no interest in making things right. No sheets, no pillows, no SOAP. Cancelled a room for traveling companion without letting her know. ABSOLUTELY the worse of the worst."

"This place has so much potential. Once inside, in the main part of the building, it looks good. But exterior, the garage, outside parking and just general view of building and its walls, needs so much work and cleaning. The room appeared clean but there was a dead bee, no working air conditioning, or fridge. Floors were concerning. The bathroom horribly outdated and horrible products. Staff could be friendlier. Didn’t know about breakfast. No information or papers handed to us. Oh! And big issue for me, he said my room and others checking in out loud. That’s a huge no no and I tried to stop it and had to tell him that’s a huge safety risk. They didn’t seem to care. Has potential really. "

"The hotel management canceled my reservation without any explanation, improperly packed my clothes and personal belongings, and left all my clothes heavily wrinkled. Despite the obvious mistake, the hotel never acknowledged the issue. Instead, they reassigned me to a lower-category room at a cheaper rate and offered no solution regarding either the price difference or the condition of my clothing. I emailed both the General Manager and the Regional Manager, including photos and my contact information, and received absolutely no response. Terrible experience and extremely disappointing support from the hotel staff."

"Parking lot was nice and had awning coverage around the perimeter of the lot, but it wasn’t connected to the actual front door so for ME, traveling on a rainy day, it wasn’t really beneficial. But for someone on a sunny and hot day, it could be. Think of a drive in, like sonic or something. The car ports have coverage but you still have no coverage when you have to walk to the building. Kinda like that. We spent Mother’s day morning there before check out, the breakfast was……a hotel breakfast… to say the least. But when we arrived the night before they had a handy print out of all the local eateries. It was a swift check in, liability was only $30, there’s a Costco next door. And easssssyyyyy access to the highways. Would stay again"

"The room was clean, well maintained, breakfast was plentiful with fresh blueberries & strawberries. The front desk person was not very friendly & after some frustration, my issue with getting a room with a tub was resolved."

"First room I went in I had to request to be moved to a different room as it smelled like cigarettes and the sheets were dirty. Second room didn’t smell but the carpets were filthy so I kept shoes on as much as possible and bathroom did nit seem clean then I realized the next day the area around the toilet was dirty with urine. Disgusting place. "
