The room was spacious and the balcony view was great. There's no enough parking space in the hotel or nearby so it took some time to get a parking spot. Also, the swimming pool is too small for the amount of rooms, and there are not enough chairs outside. We also had to wait for breakfast. Staff was really helpful and respectful. We liked the spa and the massages.

falta de mantenimiento del hotel. muebles ajados, aire acondicionado que no funcionaba. me cambiaron de habitación y la ducha filtraba agua, las toallas que me tocaron en la 2da habitación viejas. Hay que resaltar el desayuno, fantástico.

The hotel itself and surrounding area was fine. Great on-site restaurant and the breakfast buffet was good. But I didn’t realize how far from Buenos Aires it actually was, so it wasn’t convenient for sight-seeing.

I love staying here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The bay has many restaurants of all kinds and there is a shopping mall across the street. The spa is fantastic and the showers in the room are huge. This is a great place. I have stayed here three times and will again.

Me he hospedado en el hotel varias veces lamentablemente decidimos no volver nunca más. El Hotel está muy caído falta de mantenimiento falta de cocheras y por sobre todas las cosas algo básico en un hotel no puede faltar agua caliente. Cuando nos quejamos nos dijeron que había un problema en el spa y por eso el agua no salía caliente. Lamento escribir esto pero trato de ser lo más sintético para que lo tomen como constructivo. Saludos

The staff was wonderful. The view from the floor to ceiling windows was beautiful. I wish there was a way to open at least a part of the windows for a breeze. The room was a little old, but not dirty. The spa was an experience not to miss. It was great to have so many restaurants to walk to, and shops and a mall so close.

La relación precio calidad no es adecuada. El hotel es lindo aunque falto de mantenimiento. La pileta no es climatizada y el spa tiene tarifa extra. Tiene un buen desayuno
