"Room was very small. We were In the second (off site) tower. Very convenient and close to shibuya station, crossing and shopping."

"Loved the location, close to everything especially the family mart directly downstairs. There's a super market close by and restaurants around everyone corner. The station is across the street and only 3 stops from Shibuya and 4 from Harajuku."

"The room was clean and can notify if there was no need to clean. Staff was hospitable and tried their best to assist. English was not always very good. I didn’t have breakfast as part of my plan but found a City Bakery close by that served breakfast and had a wide variation and choices. Did not use hotel laundry. A few points: The hot water pot directions how to use was non-exists t and once heated, if left alone a bit, the water disappeared. Clock in the room the last 2 days was not giving correct time. Could not figure out how to turn on the tv. Button never turned it on. Did not call reception as was not much in the room to watch tv. Did try 2-3 times. Never figured it out or whether it was broken."

"What an incredible stay we had for 11 nights! The staff was super welcoming and the hotel is modern and so incredibly located in Shibuya! Super convenient next to Shibuya Station, Shibuya crossing, Shibuya Sky just to mention a few things. The rooms were spacious enough and comfortable! Already have recommended to others travelling to Japan. Awesome! Would stay here again!"

"A fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya. The location was fantastic, the design felt modern and energetic, and the hotel had such a great atmosphere after long days exploring Tokyo. The staff were warm and helpful, and the rooms were very comfortable for Shibuya. While the pricing during Golden Week felt a bit high compared to other luxury hotels we’ve stayed at internationally, still really enjoyed the experience and would absolutely recommend it for anyone wanting to stay right in the heart of Shibuya."

"The breakfast menu was very limited versus other Mitsui garden inns. No fresh fish, limited Japanese side dishes, only omelets with no option to get prepared other ways, etc. staff was not very friendly. I did not want to ask for help. Too grumpy. I would not buy breakfast next time. "
