Lotte Arai Resort
Room was very clean, staff were very courteous and helpful. Onsen facility was very good. Dining options were limited. The cafe, food court, bakery were closed after 4pm, so dinner choices were limited to the expensive restaurants, unless you have transport and willing to travel to Myoko town.

Toyoko Inn Joetsumyoko-eki Nishi-guchi
Great room, lots of pillows, for a smoking room it didn’t feel like a smoking room. The front desk staff was excellent. Parking offered before check in time was great. Early morning free breakfast was great. Location super ideal.
