"Delicious traditional Japanese breakfast buffet. Fav of the trip. Loved the baths available on a separate floor for women. The PJs provided was super comfy. Hidden gem in a busy city. Would stay again. "

"A great spot for your first or second time in Japan. Also great for tourists on a budget. Clean with a Family Mart on the ground floor, so easy access to any food or travel items you might need. Check in is on the second floor and it is a kiosk with a help desk if needed. The rooms are small but clean with a fair sized bathroom with tub & shower. Breakfast is at an extra cost, but the Family Mart offers more options at a cheaper cost. Our stay was quiet and had easy access to Tokyo Station and lots and lots of shopping nearby. "

"The location of the hotel is excellent - easy walk to the middle of Ginza and close enough to Tokyo Station. The rooms were clean but small (as you might expect from a centrally placed reasonably priced hotel)."

"Small room in a great location, microwave and washing machine in the room was very helpful during the trip. The staff were very kind to offer me a high level room with a bit of the view of Tokyo Tower. I would try to book a bigger room next time. No frills hotel in Tokyo and decent for a solo traveler but will be hard for 2+ people to fit. They also offer the Yamato service for bag delivery. "

"Please don’t have any high expectations since everything is at basic levels. I think that is standard of Tokyo. Room is small, furnitures are super basic, wash room is okay. Not sure from when a HOTEL can be that shabby. You got what you paid for. Location is very good, shopping, transportation, and dining options are fine."

"I would not recommend this property at all. The smoking rooms are so bad and cannot take a breath in it and seem they do not get aired out. Asked to switch to non smoking room after explaining my husband was getting ill due to the condition and they charged us $300 for an “upgrade”. In total we paid around $1500-1600 for 5 days 4 nights which is a very high price and this hotel did not live up to the expectations. Management was not helpful at all in coming up with a solution. In the new room, the bathroom smelled really weird the whole time and the shower curtain did not cover the tub completely. We also requested housekeeping to come twice, they did not come. I asked for towels, they did not come. Then we had a note on our door that a “mandatory housekeeping service” will need to happen the next day (even though we had requested it twice in our visit already by putting the magnet on the door). To no surprise, they didn’t come again. We called and stated we will be resting in the room now as they did not come and to just wait till the next day as we were checking out. We explicitly stated we were not feeling well and will be trying to sleep and to not send anyone upstairs. 1 hour later, a house keeper was repeatedly banging on our door. This stay was overall horrible, this was the most expensive hotel we paid for but was the cheapest experience quality wise. Expedia also tried to arrange for a cancellation due to the situation, the hotel did not agree. Zero stars. "

"Everything you need is provided from full size shampoo/condition/body wash (good quality too), hair dryer, outlet in bathroom, slippers, pj’s, in room refrigerator and hot water pot, microwave on certain floors, laundry, umbrellas! Fabulous! The only thing about both of our stays in Tokyo and Nagano is that there have always been rice filled pillows which we found to be hard. Must be a thing in Japan. This hotel is on the Ginza side of Tokyo Station which is perfect if you plan on taking the Shinkansen (bullet train). Also, the Ginza train is steps away which is perfect if you want to go to Shibuya or Shinjuku (23 min) and in the other direction you can get to the Sky Tree, Ikebukuro (Pokémon/plushy’s). High end shopping abound. 7-11 on first floor, cafe on 2nd floor. Would recommend this hotel."
