Rooms were clean and staff were courteous. Having a washer and dryer combo in the room helped a lot. Location was great and I am glad we chose Section L Hatchobori. It would have been great if basic kitchen condiments were provided to the customers. Hope this is something that can be taken care of in the near future.

Great place for a family trip

It is my first time staying at Section L property and it was a great experience. Staffs are nice and the rooms are spacious enough for a family use. It is also located in a good distance from Tokyo Station in a quiet neighborhood, so had a good night sleep. Having a washing machine in a room is great in this hot summer.

Friendly Staff

Even before arrival the staff was very helpful when contacting the hotel for check-in instructions. While there the staff was very helpful in assisting with Takyubin forms and any other questions.

This hotel had EVERYTHING! After all the walking, the room was also big enough so I was able to stretch as well. Will for sure be staying again if I ever return to Tokyo. The area was quiet and nice. wish we could have stayed longer. Hoi and Alija checked us in. They were so nice. Happy hour on Saturday was also fun!

This was a wonderful property with a great location. The rooms were very clean and updated. We had 2 single beds and bunk beds for a family of 4. Shower/tub, Kitchenette, fridge and washing machine all in the suite was very convenient and pretty roomy for Japan. It was more of an apartment than a hotel so not many standard hotel amenities. But there was always someone at the front desk that was very helpful and all spoke English. Short walk to Hatchobori station so easy access to the subway system. A lot of grocery stores and restaurants nearby and the area was safe and quiet. Very close to Ginza shopping and Tsukiji Outdoor Market. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located close to the station, around a 10 minute walk and about a 20 minute walk from Tsukiji Market. The room is very large, plenty of room to move around and storage for luggage. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom which was very useful to have when travelling. While the beds were comfy, the pillows are quite firm. The only problem is that the fridge can be quite loud when it is getting to temperature and you can hear the people above you, so if you’re a light sleeper it might bother you. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying for a longer time period as the room is basically a small apartment and has plenty of room.

房間很整潔，空間足夠，有小廚房及洗衣機，附近有小型超市，可買肉煮飯，整體很温馨。 出發前因事需要支援，酒店的職員很熱心幫忙，感謝！ 距離車站有點路程，但瑕不掩瑜。 如果你正在考慮這間住宿，請不要猶豫，入住後會獲得美好回憶！
