Incredible location in the heart of Toronto, easily walkable to most attractions, food outlets, and hundreds of restaurants. The staff were very helpful with directions around the city and offered fantastic suggestions on things to do in Toronto. This stay really made our trip so much more enjoyable.
We stayed for just one night. The location is great. Staff were very helpful and the check-in was uneventful. Overall, very good!

I didn’t try out amenities like the pool at all, but the room was very pricey and could use a refresh - I wouldn’t have wanted to take a bath in this hotel. That being said, it’s a great location and very friendly staff. I used the little express bistro daily for my morning coffee and breakfast, and the people working there were so friendly. Self check-in and check-out were super quick and convenient.
This beautiful one bedroom was exceptional. I enjoy my stay. It was clean AC both in the bedroom and living room. the apartment set up really elegant. I enjoy my stay and I will definitely stay again when I come back to Jamaica , thanks to the host. She was great. Good job.
The hotel is nice. Staff friendly. Never checked for breakfast. Yes. Only I didn't like was that waste of money vending machine.. Don't ever use it. The carpark is to small. Small meaning very tight for driving your car in and a low celling didn't like that either.
Great central location
The biggest challenge was the ability to get on an elevator. There are multiple banks of elevators for each wing of the hotel. 6 elevators in each bank. Only 2 were working on the day we checked out. We spent 15 minutes waiting. Finally put one of us in the elevator with the luggage and the other took the stairs down 19 floors.
The hotel feels old, the bathroom door didn't close much less lock, there was a little door open behind the bathroom probably used for repairs and it didn't close either, the A/C makes a noise frequently like a thump, like someone dropped something. I wanted to watch TV and when I picked the remote, it was really dirty, like it had been weeks without cleaning it, which made me wonder what else was not cleaned??? I only spent 2 nights here, after spending a few nights in another hotel nearby, considering the price difference, I would recommend looking for other options.
I didn't use the amenities, the location is really good which is why I picked it, there are a lot of restaurants, shopping mall, stores, etc., within walking distance.
Check-in and checkout were easy, elevators are separated by level groups, which made it easy to use without a lot of waiting time.
The hotel is well located downtown Toronto but the amenities are a bit dated. Also we found hair all over the carpet and in the bathroom, not sure how often they vaccum. We even found an old half eaten chip under the chair. The tv could use some new features too, we couldn’t connect our Netflix account and were told we needed to bring an hdmi cable for that. The staff is extremely professional though and courteous.
