i come here often and im generally pleased with everything this time i had 2 concerns one was that when i ordered room service breakfast i didnt want meat and would have like to substitute with extra bread but was refused also i had booked a larger suite and was told at reception that i was being upgraded to executive suite which ended up being smaller and congested didnt seem like an upgrade at all

Chargé ma carte de crédit en double, aucune façon de comprendre pourquoi de la part de l’hôtel, incapable de nous rembourser. Avons eu besoin de rappeler plusieurs fois et exiger de parler à un gérant pour que ça se règle.

The staff here do not seem happy. The gentleman who checked us in barely spoke, did not make us feel welcome and was generally unhappy. Bed was comfortable, location was good for what we needed.

The room was very peaceful even though it is quite close to the airport. It was very clean, & well maintained. The bed was dreamy & my husband appreciated the comfort height toilet!

the check in at 4pm is way too late, especially when you arrived in the morning, as well the check out time is way too early at 11am. Most hotel around the world, not only in Canada have a check in time between 1-3pm at the latest and most will accommodate early arrival, and also when there is early meetings, check out time at 11am is not acceptable, as most hotel allows you to check out starting at 12 or between 1-2pm

wish my stay was better

Checking in was not quick and easy like most hotels. No fridge or microwave. If you want those very basic things you have to pay for a more expensive room. Luckily they brought a fridge to my room for temporary use but now I still have no microwave to heat the food i brought from home. I can't see myself willingly staying here again unless all other hotelsbin the area are booked and I have no choice.

I had a flight cancellation and had to get a hotel from the airport. It was late and I was tired. It was suggested I go through you and book my airport hotel. That was a mistake. I said I had feather allergies. The hotel didn’t have feather free options so I was I was given a orange thin blanket and a hard pillow. When I am paying close to 200 dollars Canadian for a hotel room and I don’t get the customer service to accommodate my needs I am upset. Hotels should be able to accommodate customers 24:7. Have feather free options I had to strip off the duvet and move pillows. Staff didn’t do that and then they don’t even help to fix bed up. Never will I go through this service again or stay at a radisson if I can help it.

Very spacious comfortable rooms. Location is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Shuttle service is excellent.

Loved how outside the hotel in the same parking lot you have like 10 restaurants ! The room was spacious and bathroom was beautiful

The hotel is comfortable and well run. It is so close to the airport (with a reliable shuttle) and to good restaurants. Wonderful.

Awesome King Suite! Stayed 2 nights, but for the not-so-cheap rates, at a minimum the hotel should have comp parking. Automatically given Radisson Rewards card BUT was never asked “if” I wanted to sign up, isn’t that rude and ill-mannered?

Nice stay, came in early and they were able to find us a room which was nice. Close to the airport, planes were kind of noisey but otherwise no complaints.

Over all good, little expensive though. Lots of food joints in and around the hotel which is great. Parking is not free. That should be for a airport linked hotel. Clean room.

Minha hospedagem foi por perder o vôo para brasil (atraso do vôo e perdi a conexão), por este motivo me hospedei no Radisson, foi boa estadia, correu tudo bem

My room key stopped working, got a new set, they didn't work, front desk staff came to deal with it, he couldn't get it to work, brought a maintenance person. TV in main room would not work properly. There was a constant drip from the toilet and the heat/fan were extremely noisy so not to let you get a good night's sleep. I did not follow up on the last few things because by that time it was almost midnight and I needed to leave in the morning. Front desk staff was genuinely concerned for my issues.
