This is a student dormitory. Extremely noisy and not safe. No front desk thus noone to talk to. Fridge micro dirty and broken. No street parking. No service whatsoever i.e. you take your own garbage etc. Motels have a better service. Should be delisted from expedia. This ABSOLUTELY NOT A HOTEL OF ANY SORT!!

This place is absolutely disgusting. The people running it only care about money. It is filled with university students that stay up and walk around all night long. I’d rather spend the extra money and go to someplace nice clean and safe.

The room was always cold . I had to sleep with layers of clothing to keep warm . My nose was freezing . The bed is not comfortable at all . The only good thing its affordable to stay but overall it needs more work to do to make thr experience a 5 stars

I would be ashamed to ask money for such a dirty place. There was vomit in the stairs at front door when we arrived and it was still there when we left around 10:45am. They asks to remove your shoes which is normal but they don’t clean the floor so I had to walk in dirt. The shower had not been cleaned, there was a pair of someone socks in the room so they did not even go around to make sure there was no items left from previous guest. The bed was against a window curtain that was totally gross, they should at least do the basic cleaning. And i had to go walk in puddles of mud to put my garbage in a bin in the backyard (isn’t it housekeeping job?) The bins were overflowing so the person who is responsible to clean the place does not bring the bins out to be picked up by the city. And the « cleaning » lady entered the room around 10:30 am as I was picking up my stuff without even knocking at the door. Did not apologized when I told her I was not ready. Check-out is at 11am. I had to go move the car before 8am and every hours after or risk a fine. Advertisement says there is parking but when you get there you are not allowed to use it. They provided no information on how to get inside and which room is yours until you call them and they don’t answer the phone. I had to contact Expedia customer service to have assistance to get my room and key code. They are rude. That was the worst experience I ever had.

No tenía toallas para baño, jabón, etc. Si solo se quiere pasar la noche está bien. También no cuenta con fácil acceso al segundo piso.

Absolutely horrible, this is a college dorm room . My bathroom was unclean , I found blood on the fall . The floor boards loose , a used toilet seat on the private balcony, broken furniture and to top it off people scream till 1am I tried contact the 'front desk' (masking tape with a number written on it ) but no response at all Avoid completely I have added a claim to this property and will be adding my photos to google review and to Expedia social account . If I could give 0 I would I feel like I need a shot after staying here

Excellent

Everything went very well, the host was very kind in welcoming us and giving us directions to the place. The place is well connected with the Union Station (1). The journey is long, but for the price, it's fine.

It didnt meet the expectation and it wasnot even worth the money. Also less materials available inside the room tht made us inconvinent to stay.

Par ou commençer... Tout d'abord je reçois une confirmation avec une belle photo du dehors et l'adresse. Dans la même confirmation se trouve un lien pour activer google map. Sauf qu'on m'emmène en plein china town de Toronto. Loin de ce qu'il y a sur la photo. C'est un trou pourri, avec des coloc qui te quêtent de la bouffe et ça empeste la marijuana. Il s'agit d'une erreur, cette adresse n'est pas la bonne. Il s'agit bien par contre d'un autre site d' "hotel" de la même compagnie. Heureusement, c'est une erreur et je commence à comprendre pourquoi ce n'est pas remboursable! Même sans remboursement, JAMAIS je n'aurais passé la nuit là. Je fais une demie huere de route pour aller à l'autre site. De dehors, très joli. Quartier résidentiel assez bien. Mais à l'intérieur... À 80$ la nuit, ils auraient au moins pu faire l'effort de repeindre une fois en 20 ans... Le lit est un bloc de bois, et vous avez droit à un drap contour et une douilette, et une serviette pour la douche (qui est pleine de cernes). Ils ont la délicatesse de fournir du savon douche. Heureusement, car si vous avez besoin d'aller à la toilette, y a pas de papier... Vive les doigts et le savon...

Nothing there was no TV there was a hole in the wall above the bed that somebody punched the neighbour was constantly talking. All night came through like he was sitting in the same room. It was horrible. Even the windows didn’t have handles on them.

Just somewhere to stay at the end of the night until morning. Just a bed and a bathroom. Sufficient and clean.

Couldn’t really understand the owner, home was dirty. Room was dirty, however the sheets did look clean. My room had a bed, a microwave and a toilet, sink. Area was nice. 2 or 3 out of 5. Cheap price too though.
