"Location was excellent, the hotel is so new and you can tell. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good enough. If there were more storage places in the room then it would be even better than it already is."

"This place was great other than their ridiculous elevator! The one on the right side stops at the second floor every single time, up or down, causing huge disruption around check out, but just generally annoying the rest if the time. Other than that it it’s a good set up, pretty well maintained, bigger hotel rooms, in a great neighborhood"

"A very pleasant little boutique hotel right next to the Torre Serranos, spotless, great decor, and very helpful staff. Our room happened to be the smallest, but it was pleasant and all we needed. There aren't many recreational spaces - the reception area is small, and the only one. The rooftop bar was very nice, but on the days we were there during the heatwave, extremely hot, with little shade. We were given free eclipse glasses on the day of the 2026 eclipse, which was a nice touch. Food was very good indeed. Evening meals were superb. Breakfast was a little patchier. What were described a poached eggs were actually (not-so) soft-boiled and shelled eggs, but still good value at 19 euros. Essentially an 'all you can eat' buffet, except that it was waiter served. Some of the service could occasionally be a little sloppy at busy times (plates not placed but handed over and things like that) Very much recommended."

"We had a great stay at the Casual Vintage Valencia and the staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel is in a fantastic central location and perfect for a trip to Valencia. As a family it was also great that they had the quadruple family rooms available. Whilst there was a problem with our reservation, the staff handled the situation very well and managed to resolve the issue and offered us breakfast by way of apology which was appreciated. We would definitely recommend and stay again."
