“Clean rooms. Good staff. My favorite part of the property was the warm pools. The beach was very nice but the waves are very strong. Cant swim very much more than the shore. I would recommend not getting a shuttle and renting a car instead. Not online though, wait till you land and find the National/Enterprise people at the counters past the checked bags. $28/day compared to a $50-100 shuttle per person one way. Save yourself a lot of money with a rental.”

“Spent 10 days there June 2026. Very clean. Super strong and fast wifi. Comfortable beds. Restaurant at the bottom of the hill was EXCELLENT. Pretty boring for kids, though. Cost an average of $180 pesos to take a taxi downtown. 3 blocks from a Fresko grocery story and Oxxo was even closer. The property runs perpendicular to the ocean so if you are in building #1 (#10 is closest to the water and #1 is furthest), you're 500m from the restaurant. Got lots of walking in!”

“추천하고 싶지 않아요. 위치가 모래 해변 근처가 아니라 바위 절벽 근처라 바다에서 즐기는 사람이 없고 다른 엑티비티를 즐기려면 다운타운까지 나가야 하고 물론 호텔에서 셔틀버스를 제공하긴 해요. All inclusive 인데 먹을때마다 계산서에 사인하고 팁을 줘야해요. 처음에 모르고 안줬더니 불친절하더군요. 또 저녁엔 꼭 예약을 해야구요. 칸쿤 여행때는 웨이터들의 친절함에 2-5 불정도 주면 됐었는데 이곳은 음식 가격이 비싸게 책정되어 팁이 만만치 않았어요. ”
