“Worst experience ever. Underground room!! As you can see the foreground photo of the hotel, it seems 3 story house. However, our room was located in the underground. You can see the walls or legs of pedestrians!”

“It was quiet and near shops. Parking and check in was easy”

“Everything was great except no a/c.”

“Although this is an older hotel, management has done a great job of keeping it clean, well-maintained, and looking updated. If you have mobility concerns, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to confirm whether a room is available that does not...

“Rooms are poorly decorated. They feel cold and sterile, reminiscent of an old hospital with white walls lacking warmth. The floor appeared clean until I walked on it with my white socks and realized how dirty they really were. Not good. Luckily, I always bring slippers for just that reason. If you're not spending a lot of time in the room, it serves its purpose. The breakfast is not great. The front desk people were very nice at check-in.”

“Little old but clean and kind”

“very clean, good staff , good location”

“Within walking or bicycling distance to the heart of Old Town.”

“We were excited about the Lighthouse Lodge but felt a little duped by what we were shown online. The room that we got is one of 6 queen bed rooms at the front of the property. These units are older and not as updated as the rest of the property. As it turns out, those units do not appear in any of the photos. Even the photos of the breakfast are of the cottages down the street. Had we known what we were getting at this price point, we would have gone somewhere else. The other units seemed nice...
