"The breakfast was a to go box with rigid selections that gave us 5 boxed options. There were hair on the shower wall. We booked a room with a balcony but were given one without a balcony. The coffee choices were also limited. The only creamers were artificially sweetened. The TV option is cast from your phone. The hotel doesn’t have its cable box and TV programming."
