I also loved the digital system for the valet bc I could tip each valet at the end of my stay and summon the car from my phone in the comfort of my room. The staff was so friendly and helpful and accommodating! I also loved the digital check out process."

"The staff was amazing. They helped me figure out a game plan to get hot water to my room so I could make lemon water and the bar staff was so friendly. Even the valets were friendly and accommodating. The room was very cool and they even did turndown service while I was out and about. The bed was comfy, the shower was amazing, and overall I enjoyed staying here"

"There's a few things you have to be careful about not getting charged for, like some of the provided items in the hotel room (mostly food items) and you have to request a fridge but they brought us one really quickly. The front desk staff, specifically a lady named Sarah was very lovely. I would come back here in the future purely just based off of how kind and helpful she was to my wife and I the whole trip. The location is great, and the parking situation is pretty good. Only other thing I'd note, the elevator moves pretty fast and with there being almost 40 floors, it gave my wife a little bit of motion sickness. Overall, 9.5/10 :)"
