“So, I really enjoyed my stay despite being there only one night. Firstly, the staff were lovely, especially the young guy that checked me in. He walked me up to my room and let me in which is a lovely touch. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because unfortunately there were hairs in the bed, the sheets were stained a little (but clean) and the hand towel had holes in it. “The staff were helpful and kindly let us store our bags while we explored the city. I also appreciated having hot water and learning that it’s heated with solar energy. A few things could be improved: the shower was only about five feet tall, so I couldn’t stand comfortably underneath it, and the grout needs a deep clean because it was discolored and had mildew.
