“I stayed on 2nd floor, but it was too noisy to sleep all night. The room wasn’t well soundproofed, so I could hear loud footsteps in the hallway, people talking in nearby rooms, and the fan noise. It was hard to get proper rest. ”

“The room I stayed in had a leaky shower head, bed that was old and very hard and a maroon bed skirt that looked like it had been there since the 1990s. I have stayed here before but I will not be doing so in future after my last experience.”
