When we arrived, the girl working the desk tried to check me in but, despite finding and confirming my reservation, she said they didn't have a room for me. She called her manager, who was off site to come in and, while I was waiting, she checked in 3 other groups. When I asked, she said they had booked different types of rooms. In this employee's defense, she told me she had only been working there 1 week, so she really didn't know. When the manager finally arrived, she located a room for us that had been down for maintenance. From what I understood, it and several other rooms had not been changed to available in their system. We went to the room they gave us and my wife immediately found 2 dead ants on the toilet seat. Then the manager called to say that the room still had issues and they were going to move us to another room like the one we were in. When she got there with the key cards, she had changed the rooms again, this time with an upgrade to a much larger and nicer room. It was very nice, but there were still a couple of issues. There was mildew (a lot) on the bottom of the shower doors and the fitted sheet on the king sized bed was apparently for a queen sized because it wouldn't fit over the corners of the mattress. We went to the ice machine each night to get ice and found dirt and debris floating in the melted ice the next morning.
