โComfortable and stylish hotel in an excellent location near the Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells. Breakfast was very good although it took time to find a member of staff to take our order when we arrived at 7.30am. โ

โBeautiful property, staff helpful and attentive from check in to check out. All staff said hello when passing and asked if we needed help. Pool clean and comfortable. Lovely steam/sauna available. โIm gutted i only dtayed one night. Loved my room. Only negative was my room was on the top gloor and i have a disability. My own fault as I didnt mention when booking. Breakfast was simply amazing, traditional full English served perfectly.โ
โVery nice hotel to stay in Tunbridge Wells. Close enough to the centre so that you don't need your car. The hotel and our room were very clean. There is a public car park very close to the hotel so it's easy to park even though you can't really do do at the hotel. โ

โExcellent all round. Room was pleasant with very comfortable bed. Had evening meal and breakfast both of which were very good. Large open space nearby for dog walking. Staff very pleasant. Would recommend without hesitation.โ
โStaff were helpful and friendly but property is very tired. Paint is peeling in bathrooms and bedroom, and the room smelt slightly damp. There were no electric sockets near headboard, we needed an extension cable running across the room. Corridor was in severe need of vaccuming. The property needs redecorating and deep cleaning.โ
