The only down fall was the hot tub was broken and there were so unsupervised kids in the pool being very obnoxious and rude to everyone

Motel was dirty and smelled. The pillows for bed were the size of coach pillows. Floors were filthy and stained. Had to go to walmart to purchase pillows to sleep on. Front desk receptionist was like oh well when asked about pillows. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

That the guest above us had children and all did is run all evening and even early in the morning. We had a pet who made no noise put we paid $54.00 dollars for her . Maybe you should charge more for children then they would be quite.

Decent hotel for the price. Pool is open until midnight which is sweet, and breakfast is open until 10 which is also convenient. It’s quite dated and there’s quite a bit of wear and tear around the room. We had a pet friendly room but it was very smelly like wet dog, which wasn’t that big of a deal, just something that caught us off guard. It would be nice if the pet rooms didn’t have carpets. They also recently increased their pet fees to $50/night which shocked me when I checked in and I specifically chose this hotel because of the previous rates. Overall, an average hotel for a decent price.

On the plus side, the room was clean and comfortable the breakfast is plentiful and the front desk staff was friendly. On the minus side, the walkway between the buildings was not plowed or cleared for walking. No ice melt, nothing.The woman running the breakfast bar was incredibly rude. There are signs throughout the hotel with.QR codes for guests to use to tip the staff. I don't mind tipping... I've worked in the service industry... but tips are earned, period. There's no way I would have even considered tipping this person with her surly attitude.

Overall a poor experience. Cleanliness and Safety: -No locking door to pool room. -There was a woman at the breakfast bar holding a dog and feeding it sausage as she was filling her plate. Kitchen attendant sat on a stool in the corner seemingly unconcerned about the cleanliness of the area. -Carpet in halls was visibly dirty. -Garbage under couch cushions in room. Staff: -While having breakfast I could loudly hear the breakfast attendant and front desk attendant complaining about guests.

Got up in the morning and was greeted by a cold shower. I informed the staff of the issue and gpt the ole, "well everyone was probably taking showers at the same time," excuse. The property was not even close to being at capacity. Also, the staff members acted like she could care less about my stay. There are many other properties in Twin Falls, ID. To choose from. Do yourself a favor and stay at a different hotel.

Swimming pool and hot tub are always a hit with the kids. Hot tub jets didn't seem to be working at the time but the pool was good for kids

The staff made the checking in process quick and easy. I thought it was weird that they asked if I wanted to buy a credit card, though. The bed is firm. The pool area needs an update but it's nice and I like how late it is open.
