"My bath tub had chipping and if I didn’t have rubber shoes I wouldn’t be able to use it. The walls needed painting. There were stains on curtains. No coffee maker or microwave in room. I had I room that sleeps four but given 1 cup and ice container. The coffee and tea downstairs in lobby was horrible, even mild coffee was so bitter. No milk and no Lipton tea. I had to ask for a cup and was given only 1. Besides this, bed & pillows were comfortable. I had storage. I wish they had a real closed in closet but for the price it was no big deal. I love areas, conveniently located near trains and buses. Hotel was quiet. A little worn but if bathtub was better I would have given them a 4.5. Front desk staff was friendly and approachable. I love the Italian restaurant next door. Reasonable prices, food choices and taste was great! I had to buy my teas from here. Vending machine in hotel needs to be filled. Hotel should also provide water pitcher in room. Parking was $25 for overnight. I ended up paying since my relative had to drop me off and pick me up. I wanted a close place for him to park. Grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shop, burger shop, health food grocery and parking lot under another building were all nearby. I would stay again but want a room with a better bathtub."

Kathleen helped secure ice and I didn’t get the other staff’s name, but they were INCREDIBLE. This is definitely a property that we will visit again for our staycations!!"
