3 night stay but housekeeping never came to clean the room even though they were notified that the room needed cleaning. Free breakfast was good (except for the eggs and link sausage). Staff was friendly.

This is not Best Western Plus quality. I should probably ask for a refund since the photos shown are NOT this property. This is a very basic 2.5 star property. The bath towels are paper thin like Motel 6. The Franchisee is really cutting corners.

my friend both were handicapped, the parking was coinvent and the room was on the first floor close to everything, didnt have to walk alot.The breakfast was wonderful, the small coffee maker was a good cup of coffee to start my day! We will stay again

Property is not safe. Cameras do not cover property. Unlite access to property from several open areas. Back of truck was emptied if loose tools. Staff was asked to view cameras said they could then refused Todo so. I called police, here I sit. Staff was rude and spoke over me. Large black lady was argumentative when I tried to get clarity on cameras. I said I didn't like arguing with black women, I don't. Tend to be loud and Aggressive....( Generalization, I know),.talk over you alot. Desk staff refused to call police because of my statement of fact. Not my fault it's true, most of the time. Was in this case. Called me raciest...I think it's cultural. Anyway property folks didn't help with anything. Breakfast is weak, finally got fresh bagels though....so you got that. I stay at Best Western. Several nights a week for years....this is the 1st and only problem Hotel

Really crappy breakfast. Stale bagels, fake eggs no meat. Weird useless coffee machine. No knives to spread cream cheese on stale bagel. Room was fine, clean, check on was easy nice people.

The stay was really nice. We were booked to a room and they had done some work and it was noisy in area. I expressed my concern of not being able to sleep with the noise and they moved us to another room and it was larger. We were really impressed with the friendly staff and the accommodations.

Tyler time!
Other than a delayed check-in, due to not getting to the hotel till nearly 11pm, I was pleasantly surprised buy the accommodations, the centralized location, very impressed by the breakfast spread AND options as well as the friendly staff.

Hotel is dirty and dingy. The a/c was old with worn out buttons and the room was hot. The walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear everyone above and beside you. The bed was old and uncomfortable. I got NO sleep. Terrible experience. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. There are a lot better options in Tyler, Texas.

It was a great stay. Room smelled musty. Wasn't sure if the carpets had just been cleaned or if the cleaner they used was what i was smelling, but it wasn't bad. Other than that it was great.
