Check in takes ages, asked for details they already have and just seems a bit over done.
The breakfast was good apart from coffee machine not working then when finally was no one thought about the cups not there.
No glasses for juice either.
Booked a high floor and put on floor 20 out of 38. Surely a high floor is over 30 when so many floors to the hotel.
A little disappointing for this level of hotel.
