"Hotel itself was great, room was also fantastic.
But 1) view was poor (view of multiple demolished buildings). 2) we had a suite with kitchen appliances etc, but the room was without even simple cutlery/utensils etc. these were chargeable to the room to “hire”.
3) The room wasn’t cleaned everyday, despite them saying it would be at least every other day.
4) the staff refused to let us leave our luggage with them for 30mins upon checking out whilst we waiting for our taxi to the airport, and they said this would also be chargeable. Only after making a plea to them, they held the luggage for us, otherwise they were going to make us pay for it.
Overall a good stay, great breakfast, great location, but not so great offerings elsewhere as mentioned above."
