"I loved the shopping mall downstairs, it has plenty of stores, and the supermarket stays open until 11pm, which is perfect for late flights. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious, making it easy to open and organize luggage."

"No complaints with the staff as they were very friendly and professional. They were also good at English. The room was clean, but the hallways and bathroom had a sewage smell. There was continuous drainage noise from the next room that was loud. It woke me up at 2 in the morning because it got louder all of a sudden. Overall it was an okay stay but it would not be my first choice in Seoul."

"The property is well located in the Myeodong area. Subway is like 5 mins walk. Lots of places to eat around the area. Quite convenient. The hotel is clean and modern. Room is comfortable. Room size is sufficient. I would come back again. "

"The hotel and staff were fantastic. Located in a great area, just a short walk to where a bunch of tours pick up and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The service was A+ and staff went above and beyond at each step of our stay. I'd like to add that we were celebrating our honeymoon and received a handwritten congratulations note in our room, which was incredibly thoughtful and a wonderful touch. Thank you for that! Our state was overall wonderful and would definitely return. Highly recommend."
