깨끗하고 너무 좋아요. 수영장 물이 너무 차갑긴한데 게르생활하다가 수영장이라니 그저 감격일뿐......... 시내에서 살짝 멀지만 걸어다니기 좋아요. 주변구경하면서 다니니까 외려 더 좋은 느낌도 있었음. 1층 식당 음식 짱 빨리 나오고 맛있고 좋아요. 좋습니다!

도착했는데 제가 예약된 방은 이미 오버부킹으로 다 나가 버려서 다소 혼선이 빚어졌고, 그래도 다행히 방을 업그레이드해 줬습니다. 아침식사 가격대비 꽤 괜찮고 좋았습니다. 수영장도 있다고 들었는데 가보지는 못했습니다. 가성비가 높은 호텔입니다. 청결도도 양호함.

overall very good stay breakfast was good and staffs were very nice one downside is the A/C - even though with low temperature setting, the room was still moderately warm

Heating was supposed to be turned on in October, but was not fully functional. Once late at night (3 people) and once early in the morning (1 person) came to my room suddenly without notice (door was opened with a card key). I did not let them into my room. I checked with the hotel and they said that the staff went to my room to check the heating, which is only done late at night, but it was very scary.

Great stay
After a long trip round Mongolia, the hotel was a welcome retreat. The front desk staff were very helpful. The bed plus pillows were amazing. Great shower too. I was also able to get my laundry done quickly at a reasonable cost. I had a lovely dinner in the main restaurant attended to by a very pleasant and efficient waiter.

En general es buen hotel, sólo que cuando recibí la habitación había un olor raro en el baño. El personal que me atendió al hacer el check-on parecía no saber a cerca de mi reservación. Creo que debería haber alguien que domine el inglés siempre ya que ese fue uno de los principales problemas de comunicación. El desayuno en el hotel está bien pero se sentía desangelado.

The rooms are always nice and comfortable. However the pool was a disgusting stagnant looking mess. You could see dead skin cells floating all across the top of the pool along with some spit. It was obvious the filtration system was not working. I was looking forward to some swim time, but I took a look at the pool and there was no way I was getting in there.

The whole stay was excellent from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, excellent room with excellent view. Choice of restaurants and bars was nice. Food was very good. According to my son, the minibar might have been slightly better stocked , but I was happy with it and don't have any constructive suggestions.

Did Not honor booking unless i pay entire booking
I booked this through hotels.com and it was booked as pay at hotel. However the hotel was sold out on july 10 and emailed me that they would have to charge me for my stay or cancel my booking which was for 3 days. I though this was very unprofessional since they had my credit card as a guarantee and could charge it had i not shown up. I talked with hotels.com went to the hotel and they all said it was ok, however the hotel still charged my entire stay prior. It is very unprofessional to not honor a booking and threaten to cancel my booking if I dont pay I was traveling and it was very stressful to think i would not have a place to stay which I booked months in advance.

We paid for the breakfast to be included in the room rate and only ate there the first day - it was so bad that we just decided to go out and purchase breakfast elsewhere. The air conditioner also barely worked so we were sleeping in 27 c degree weather every night (per the room’s thermometer). It was really unbearable for such an expensive and new hotel. We were truly disappointed. The rooms were modern, new and clean but we wouldn’t stay here again, would probably opt for the Blue Sky instead.
