“Front desk staff was not welcoming at all, was extremely rude to myself and my children. The room itself was nice, however due to the rude staff we will not stay here again. ”

“Our entire stay was PERFECT! The clerk at check-in was phenomenal, (sorry forgot his name) he gave us all the information we didn't even know we needed. We were visiting for a memorial service and my grandsons came with us, he showed them where to get complimentary popcorn, sodas/drinks and breakfast. “We spent 2 nights in 2 different rooms. I got head lice, the toilet in the second room was loose from the floor. It seems every lock on the rooms needs to be changed out as the key cards wouldn’t work. It is too bad the facility is in such disrepair, as the staff is nice and helpful, but I could not recommend anyone stay here!!!”
