"The apartment is exceptional but very expensive for what you get. There sofa is not big enough for four people. The main problem are the windows at the front of the property facing the main road.
There needs to more coverings as the blinds are usless. Also some black out curtains. The sun came up at 4.30am and we couldnt sleep. But to make things worse. The traffic noise was horrendous the vehicles might as well drove through the property. This went on all night with no rest bite. At one piont...

"The apartment is very nice (if a little run-down and stained) and well-located for the university. There is a lot of space, and the beds are very comfortable, although it is quite hot and there was only one fan. However, all of that was overshadowed by the fact that one bedroom was crawling with bedbugs. It completely ruined our stay, and our trip to Bristol, which we had to cut short, and created a massive headache for us logistically, as well as a lot of anxiety. The managers didn't...

"A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up.
The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim.
The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

"Upon arrival staff were pleasant profesional and curtious. Easy parking and booking in. Room was Huge (202) clean quiet and comfy. I got lost in the HUGE bed. To finish off my stay i had a full english breakfast in the morning. "
"Great stay in a top location, lovely clean studio flat , only downfall was the parking and had to park streets away at times but all in all top notch "

The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak. We had also booked a two bed two bathroom apartment but the apartment was having some refurbishments so we were offered a three bedroom instead not realising it was only one bathroom which was a bit inconvenient.
We liked the location and the comfortable beds there were just several niggles"
