“The hotel was beautiful and wonderfully convenient. We had some grumbles about the room we were initially allocated but the staff were patient and receptive to our concerns and quickly provided us a new room with zero challenge. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else for our next visit to Richmond.”
“The hotel is clean, neat, and very proper for $110~120 range hotel. I think no need to stay in downtown London which has a convenient transportation system. Pay the same price but enjoy much pleasant stay. For my stay, it was quiet, even though my room was on the street side. There are two subway stations in 7~8 min walk distance (both). Graham on front desk was friendly and very helpful with advice etc. jumped on the bus to Wimbledon-approx 10 mins. Great pad Thai restaurant in York Street? Near Wandsworth town rail station. Super place, would use again. ”

"이 호텔의 제일 장점은 위치입니다. 교통이 편리한 해머스미스에 위치해서 런던내 필요한 장소로 접근하기가 쉽습니다. 호텔도 역 가까이에 있지만 살짝 조용한 곳이어서 더 좋습니다. 직원들은 친절히 응대해주고 최선을 다하는 느낌이었습니다. 마지막날 짐을 맡겨놓고 다시돌아와서 히드로 공항에 가기에도 좋습니다. 룸 컨디션은 전체적으로 잘 관리되었다는 인상이지만, 살짝 좁은 느낌은 있습니다. 특히 트윈룸의 침대 폭이 좁기는 했습니다만 다른 모든 장점들이 이것을 상쇄할만 했습니다. "

However, I occasionally find the cleanliness of the electric kettle in the hotel room to be somewhat lacking. 1. 객실 위치가 린넨 및 집기류 이동하는 통로(엘베 등) 바로 옆이라 늦은 밤과 새벽에도 소음이 너무 심해서 숙면이 불가능했다
2. 오전에 객실에 우리가 있는데도 문을 열고 들어오는 청소 해주시는 직원들의 무례한 서비스 때문에 투숙기간 내내 불편했다

"We stayed in a standard double room. It was quite small but not uncomfortably so. We needed to use stairs to access the room despite the elevator so I would not recommend this hotel to people who need accessibility.
The hotel room itself was clean but it was a connecting room so it was quite noisy due to a neighbouring visitor.
The location is okay, 10 minute walk from District and Piccadilly lines and there is a small grocery store just around the corner.
I would stay in this hotel again."
