스위스 전통 집을 체험해보겠다면 추천, 그러나 주요관광루트와 상당히 멀다(걸어서 30분)
<장점>편안하고 넓은 숙소/ 잘정리된 가구와 요소들/ 목욕을 할수있는 탕 <단점>아주 좋지 않은 위치(인터라켄의 모든요소는 인터라켄OST 부근에 있음)/ 별로 좋지 않은 전망/ 상당히 삐그덕 거리는 숙소(아랫방, 옆방, 윗방 걸어다니는 소리 옆에 있는것처럼 들림)/ 불친절한 카운터(짐을 2시이전에 맡겼더니 늦게 온 직원이 아주 불쾌하게 응대함)

장기투숙하기에 좋은 호텔
집에서 먹는 분위기의 무료 조식은 정말 좋았습니다. 침대가 편안해서 잠도 잘 잤구요, 무엇보다 객실 전망이 좋았습니다. 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔고, 직원들도 무척 친절했습니다. 인터라겐 서역에 위치해 있으나, 조금만 나가면 쇼핑시설 및 맛집들이 위치해 있어서 불편함 없었습니다. 번잡한 인터라겐 동역보다 오히려 좋았습니다. 그러나 오래된 전통가옥이라서 마루바닥을 걸을때 삐걱거리는 소리는 났는데, 저는 특이한 경험이어서 좋았습니다. 그러나 소리에 예민한 사람은 호텔 선택에 참고하시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

WEST역에서 도보 8분 정도 걸려서 짐이 많을땐 버스를 이용했어요. 넓은 방과,화장실,욕조 모두 만족스러웠어요! 7-10am에 제공되는 조식도 맛있게 먹었습니다~!

스위스의 특징이 잘 반영된 전형적인 목조 호텔입니다.
스위스 목조주택의 특징이 그대로 녹아있어서 호불호가 갈릴듯 합니다. 겉에선 예쁜데 아무래도 내부 시설은 낡은 점과 편의시설이 그다지 현대적이지 못한점. 저는 불편하긴 했지만 이런 느낌 괜찮습니다. 조식이 아주 훌륭했구요 직원들 친절도도 아주 좋았습니다. 렌터카를 이용했는데 주차장도 넓고 좋았습니다. 주변도 쾌적하고 좋았어요. 오래된 목조건축이라 화재위험 때문에 내부에서 음식 조리는 금지입니다.

스위스 전통 가옥에 충실함
비싼 물가의 인터라켄에서 비교적(?) 저렴한 가격에 스위스 스타일 숙소에 묵어서 좋았습니다. 얼마나 오래되었는지 바닥의 나무가 삐걱삐걱 소리가 납니다. ㅎㅎㅎ 주인(?) 할아버지의 한국어도 반갑고 숙소도 전통스러운 느낌이 좋았네요. 따뜻한 물은 1층에서 데워 가야하는 점이 겨울여행임을 감안하면 아쉬웠어요. 식사는 유럽 3성호텔중 최악이였어요. 단체 숙박이 같이 있어서 더욱 불편했네요. 위치는 서역에서 버스타고 2정거장 떨어져있어요.

Inn keeper was very friendly and we enjoyed talking with him in the bar area of the hotel. Rooms were spacious and modern. Breakfast was included and very good.

The location was wonderful. It was still within a ten minute walking distance of the train station, but far enough out of town to not be bothered by street noise all night. There was no air conditioning, so had to keep the windows open to cool down the room. This normally wouldn't be a problem, but our room just happened to be right above the bar. We had to decide whether to accept being too hot at night by keeping the windows closed, or opening the windows and breathing second hand smoke all night. The hotel had a very small ice machine that was obviously way too small to produce enough ice for the guests. The tiny ice machine was empty most of the time.

Nice hotel but beware of owner
The hotel has a beautiful traditional Swiss architecture and the front garden is an immaculate treasure. The ladies at reception are incredible, helping us make our dreams come true by connecting us with all the things we wanted to do in the first few minutes there, and giving us discounts for most items. Breakfast was okay, but free which helps with expenses. The only negative happened as we checked out. They asked us to wait awhile, making us quite late for our next stop. We waited and eventually the owner accused us of breaking a bed. We barely slept in our room as we arrived late, exhausted, and left early for paragliding. He was clearly trying to gig us for money. And when we looked at the beds, they were very cheap. One 1” mdf support to hold all the side rails. And they put two twin beds together to make a king. Very uncomfortable. Horrible way to end a short stay when the owner tries to take more money

瑞士小屋的裝修很美麗，外圍有一個花園，很適合拍照。員工也不錯，可幫忙保管行李。另外，住宿會提供早餐，非常方便。唯住閣樓需要自行搬行李上一層樓梯，而其他樓層也有電梯的。

親日でフレンドリーなスタッフ
駅からは歩いで五分程。歩いて行ける距離です。設備は少し古いですが、清掃が隅々まで行き届いて安心でした。またスタッフの方も少し日本語の分かる方でとてもフレンドリーに話して下さり楽しい時間を過ごせました。また利用したいと思いました。

Great option for solo
Nice experience in a traditional chalet style hotel situated a short walk from Interlaken West Station. Checkin was quick and reception were friendly and helpful in providing advice. No Air-con available in the room however the fan was sufficient for my stay.

The view from our window past the rose garden just outside was of snow covering the Jungfrau. There were plenty of restaurants a short walk from the hotel, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

I love how the rooms were designed. The exposed wood was beautiful. It felt unique and fit in well with the culture. The owners were just lovely and made provision for my late arrival by train.

ランクアップ（メゾネット部屋）していただきましたが、２階部分は未使用でした。美しい庭へはホテルから直接出入りできません。レセプションも部屋も裏側で、眺望は望めませんが駅からも近く、応対もよかったです。

フロントの対応が最悪なホテルです。
フロントの対応が酷いですね。 こちらの聞き間違いなどが有ったのかも知れませんが、他の従業員が受けつけた内容に対しても、こちら側の認識違いだと言われ非常に酷い扱いを受けました。 スイス人に対する印象が非常に悪くなりました。翌日別のスイスのホテルに泊まりましたが、大変親切で感じも良いのでこのホテル特有の物だと感じました。街も綺麗ですが、観光客が多いので、アジア人などに一定の偏見などが有るのかも知れないですね。正直このホテルには二度と泊まりたく無いです。

My husband and I recently stayed here for one night while on our honeymoon. I have stayed in hotels in 10 different European countries, so I completely understand that they are small and old. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in (and I do NOT stay in fancy places. ever.). Free Wi-Fi is advertised, but we were not able to connect while in our room, only in the lobby downstairs. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, they are more like cots than beds. The hotel is situated on a main street; people were taking photos of the hotel and could see straight into our room (no privacy). The walls are SUPER thin- we heard both of our neighbors lugging suitcases in the hallway and the hairdryer early in the morning. Also, landscapers pruning the garden in front of our room at 7 am!! Overall, not a great stay. Thankfully we were only there one night. I would not recommend staying at this hotel - it is cheap for a reason.

Zentral gelegen, top Hotel
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Zermatt, ca 10 Gehminuten von je Bahnhof/Gornergrat und Talstation Kleinmatterhorn. Was ganz toll ist, wer früh anreist lässt das Gepäck an der Rezeption und es wird aufs Zimmer gebracht. Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich - neben klassisches Angebot (Brot, Brötchen, Käse, Schinken, Marmeladen, Müsli, Joghurt usw) gibts auch die Möglichkeit, frische Waffeln zu bereiten.
