“This apartment was in a brand-new building and had all new furniture and furnishings. The view was really pretty and it was *hot* (90º+) when we were there but the unit had AC so it was overall comfortable. The design looked nice and for the price we paid it was an excellent value. The furniture was probably all from Wayfair so I don't expect it to hold up for more than a year or two. “The pics don't do the place justice. It's an apartment that has been lived in, and treated with love. Sure, it could use a little reno, but it's great for a homey environment. After a little glitch, Holly (the host) made everything perfect. And the check in instructions said something about a box on the fence, but there was no box. Everything was comfy and functional. The area is so walkable and clean. ”
