"Room was clean and staff helpful beyond job descriptions. Maintenance getting towels example. Competent staff on all shifts. Only problem is some rooms on first floor have a high humidity problem the A/C could not fix. There is something else to fix."

"We checked in 7/30/26 around 2:00ish. The young lady behind the counter was everything a person in the service business shouldn't be. What they should be is friendly, attentive and helpful. She was there the next morning around 9:00am when we came down for breakfast. Unfortunately her behavior the day before wasn't an exception. this time she bordered on the edge of downright rude when I asked for extra pillows and towels.
