le personnel est très accueillant, la chambre propre, mais le bruit dans les couloirs est insupportable, la premiere nuit nous avons été réveillés à 5 heures du matin par des gens qui ont parlé beaucoup et longtemps dans le couloir. et la deuxième nuit nous avons eu au même étage une classe de jeunes, il a été très difficile de se faire respecter, heureusement que le personnel est intervenu

Hotel bien, camarera morena de los desayunos mal.
Algún perjuicio debe de tener la camarera morena de los desayunos, que cuanto le hablan en chino esta normal, pero cuando le dices el número de tu habitación en valenciano se revuelve ofendida, como diciendo "no me jodas" muy desagradable la chica.

Too much noise in the halls, small bed for two, hard pillow, only one pillow person, a false fire alarm at 3:30AM woke me up ! No apologies. The breakfast quality could be improved... asked for 30 minutes extension and absolutely no flexibility. The area is ok,but not for tourist, its safe. They have a events business, not sure if those caused fireworks well pass midnight. My sleep was defficient. Even though i asked for a quiet room, they seem to not understand my petition.

Hotel was overall good, would not say it is 4 star hotel, it’s more 3 star. Staff were friendly, however one morning a staff member did walk into our room while we were sleeping around 9am. The food was not great, we ended up eating out for breakfast and dinner. The spa was excellent.

Okay hotel but overpriced
Okay hotel, clean and spacious room but didn't feel like a 4 star hotel. I am a seasoned traveller and this is the first time a hotel could not provide and iron and their ironing services take between 12-24h. So if you have an event in less than 24h, you'd better bring your own or buy one. View was of another building, there was a constant noise throughout our 4 night stay which i assume was connected to events or the spa. Overall an okay stay since we were in the hotel only at nighttime but saying it's a 4 star hotel is a bit of a stretch

Todo muy bien en nuestra vista al hotel. Buena temperatura, no se escuchaba prácticamente ruido, la cama era cómoda, el personal muy agradable y atento, los desayunos espectaculares, todo muy bien la verdad. Por ponerla alguna pega, en el buffet tanto para las comidas como para las cenas, la comida estaba bastante sosa, tenía muy poco sabor, sin embargo el desayuno estaba muy bueno todo. Y en mi opinión las toallas (de ducha al menos) deberían cambiarlas todos los días ya que con la humedad no se terminan de secar de un día para otro, además de estar pendientes de reponer el papel higiénico.

Not the worst but far from good enough.
The best thing about this hotel was the room air conditioning & power from the shower, the shower that had no curtain, screen to prevent the water going all over the floor & causing me to slip when getting out even though we had put towels down, it was awful. The breakfast was a good selection but the hot Buffett was cold! The bed linen absolutely stank of damp, there was no cupboards to put clothes away. The vicinity was good, only a short metro ride into the city so quiet in the evenings apart from some noisy guests which the hotel can’t be held responsible. Some of the waitresses were excellent at breakfast, my partner has a strict diet so they did what they could to accommodate. If you’re planning more than two nights stay I wouldn’t suggest this hotel.
