"Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...

"Great location with quick access to Cortina and surrounding hikes. Giorgio at the front desk was so sweet- when I asked if there was a mini fridge ahead of time to plan groceries he originally said no but when we arrived he surprised us with one in our room! Also gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants. Only con was there was no AC but it probably would have been ok if we weren’t in a heat wave!"
