“배정받은 방에 들어가니 담배 냄새가 너무 심하여 방을 옮겼는데도 담배남새가 조금 배겨 있어서 실망했어요”

“I checked in and was given a room that was infested with roaches. I was given a different room that still had roaches and when i asked the older lady at the office if they had roach spray she seemed annoyed, she looked but couldnt find any. I ended up spending an extra $20 on bug spray and duct tape for their room. The rooms weren't the cleanest either. There was a open outlet behind the bed which was just a hole in the wall (thats what the duct tape was for). Waking up to roaches on the pillows...

“I rarely leave reviews, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. Our room had no bath towels, there was a small used towel left on the bathroom floor, and it was obvious the room had not been cleaned properly. The beds didn't appear to have fresh linens, which was very concerning. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when we brought these issues to their attention. “They don't tell you alot of things out of service from the hotel, plus pull out couch don't work. Staff doesn't help just point finger someone else. Pool wasn't working and Gym was nasty not even clean. this was my worst hotel ive ever stayed! don't recommend”

“Convenient and good price. The shower was really small and the tv remote barely worked. Minor inconveniences.”
